Price is same for higher quantities as well. Please do not contact us for lesser quantities. Seller does not wish to do more than 30,000MT (spot or annual) except for trusted clients.3. Non-Transferable LC is allowed only if buyer bank is approved by supplier bank. World top 25 banks are preferred by the seller.4. Transferable LC/BG must be issued as - "CONFIRM OPERATIVE NON-TRANSFERABLE or TRANSFERABLE UNCONDITIONAL 100% AT SIGHT WITH SELLER BEING THE 1st BENEFICIARY OF THE LC VIA MT760" "BG - CONFIRM OPERATIVE BG via MT760"5. All prices are without any commission added. If you are a buyer agent, please add your commission on top. 20% will be deducted by the seller on whatever you add on top if seller has to pay your commission.6. 2% PBG is given by seller. But this will be issued only after sellers bank has APPROVED buyers LC.7. No photos will be provided as supplier had issues with earlier buyers asking for exact scrap shown in photos. This is not possible as seller has many yards and some times buys from other yard owners as well.8. All prices are in US Dollars. Major currencies are accepted but USD is preferred.9. Yard visit not allowed as seller buys scrap from other yards as well. However buyer is allowed to be present at the port of loading. Yards are usually located a good distance from each other and scrap comes from several of Seller's yards to port before loading takes place 10.Procedure:- Buyer issues LOI - Seller gives bank details - Buyer to issue RWA (Ready, Willing and Able) (MT799) OR bank Letter via buyers bank to sellers bank. Only after this seller will consider you a serious buyer. - After receipt of LOI & RWA or bank Letter from buyers bank to sellers bank, seller issues draft of contract- Buyer and seller to agree upon the contract and then sign the contract- Buyer will issue LC TEXT SCRIPT to Seller for approval- Seller approves LC TEXT SCRIPT- Buyer issues LC- Sellers bank confirms buyers LC is good- Seller issues PB- Shipment starts from port of loading
