Rubber Mold Cleaning Compound
RCMC is non vulcanizable polymer compound for on line cleaning of mold. It is very useful when chaning compounds or chaning color of compound. Or when remove dirt layer from mold. This method gives full advantage for in creaseing productivity and reduce loss time, with a labor and energy saving.
RCMC is used by placing the compound in the equipment. This product is highly efficient in removing dirt layer off mold which are normally obtained with Natural rubber, SBR, IR, BR, NBR, EPDM, IIR and EVA The cleaning effect take place during the process. Deposite on equipment are removed from surfaces by the active cleaning product present in RCMC. Very dirty equipment may need more than one application in order to remove strong layers. Since this compound does not cure, it can beused several time.
