Masterbatch ZMBT-80 Rubber Chemical
Chemical Name: A agglutination of Zine 2-mercaptobenzothiazole.

Physical Property: White or light yellow powder, specific gravity is 1.70g/cm³,
melting point is 300oC. It is slightly soluble in acetone, benzene,
dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride and ethanol, but insoluble in water and
gasoline.
It decomposes, when meets strong acid or strong bases. Application: ZMBT-80 is an
accelerator used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. Its behaviours
are the same as to accelerator M, but has poor effect.
The sulfuration critical temperature is high (138oC). The rubber mass
will be of good anti-aging property if adding this product. It neither discolors
nor contaminates and suitable in latex products, latex sponge, cables, rubber
footwear, medical-lies, etc. Normally, the dosage is 0.5-1.5%. The application to
rubber product touched with food, please refer to the regulations of FDA, BgVV.
Storage: Sealed storing. Kept in cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid sunlight.
